Fish Pie
- 1 pound (454g) of cooked fish.
- 4oz (115g) peeled prawns.
- 1 pint (570ml) white sauce.
- 1 tablespoon of parsley.
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder.
- 1 pound (454g) of mashed potatoes.
Mix the cooked fish and peeled prawns into the white sauce.
Season with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the onion powder into the mashed potatoes, and place on top of the fish.
Lightly brown in a hot oven, or under a grill.
